Welcome to Western Technical College - home of the Cavaliers!

At Western, we are building a championship tradition. That starts with our student-athletes who work hard - both inside and outside of the classroom.

Western's athletic programs date back nearly five decades. Our rich tradition focuses on strong relationships, hard work, and lasting friendships. Nestled in the beautiful Driftless Region, La Crosse is home to scenic beauty and breathtaking nature. Our campus and athletic facilities are top-notch. Our Residence Hall can provide a place for student-athletes to call home. 

At Western, you belong. Whether it's one of our team sports (baseball and volleyball) or one of our individual sports (esports, clay target, powerlifting), we have a place for you to succeed. In addition, our academic programs provide great support to our student-athletes. Our academic programs, resources, and supports help provide the Essential Experience. With your commitment and support, we know you will enjoy your time here at Western.
